Biobank Scientist

Hobson Prior is currently seeking a Biobank Scientist for a contract role based in Gothenburg. This role is for a pharmaceutical organisation and involves handling and processing human biological samples (HBS), etc. For more information, please get in touch now!

Responsibilities:

• For this role you will both receiving and registering incoming HBS.
• Handle relations with both international and internal customers.
• Guarantee continuous improvement in the processing of HBS samples.
• Responsible for utilizing specialised informatics systems and databases.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a Bioscience discipline.
• Experience in handling biological samples.
• Proficiency in computer skills, such as Excel, LIMS, and databases.
• Previous experience in biobanking is desirable but not mandatory.
