As a Billing Coordinator, you will work in the Finance department and belong to our Billing & Collection Team. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of Telavox by managing accounts receivable transactions, handling bankruptcy cases, communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments, and collaborating with internal teams regarding billing and payment issues.
Furthermore, this role includes responsibilities for:
- Process incoming payments and allocate payments to appropriate customer accounts.
- Ensure we have complete control over our accounts receivable aging and bad debt.
- Ensure we maximize recovery in bankruptcy cases.
- Be valuable support for our partner's commission questions as a 2nd line function.
- Support internal teams' invoicing questions as a 3rd line function.
- Calculate and send out commissions to our partners.
- Work to improve efficiency in our accounts receivable processes.
About you
To do well and have lots of fun in this role, you have a finance education and at least 1-2 years of experience working in a finance department.
Having the right attitude, a driven mindset, and excellent communication skills are at least as necessary.
