As BCM and Compliance Specialist at Telia, you will ensure that our systems live up to high operational, business and regulatory requirements.
I'm Anna Modigh, Head of the IT Engineering unit in Division X Customer Operations. Our team is responsible for DevSecOps of the key business support systems supporting the customer processes in the delivery of IoT and Data Insights products across the Telia footprint in the Nordics and Baltics
As BCM and Compliance Specialist, you will ascertain that we stay on top of and ahead of the curve in compliance to meet and exceed the high customer expectations. Tasks include:
- Overall responsible for compliance to current and new frameworks, setting targets and working with our DevSecOps teams and vendors to achieve these.
- As Division X Priority Control champion liaise with the Telia Priority Control Community and Resource Managers in Division X teams to ensure aligned expectations on controls and reporting.
- In conjunction with our Security Officer make sure that we have continually updated Business Continuity Plans in place.
- Run sessions as required on Risk Assessments, Security by Design, Business Impact Assessment etc.
- Ensuring any gaps are addressed by placing development or process requirements on the relevant Value Streams.
Is this you?
We believe that you have a bachelor's degree in the IT field or equivalent professional system development experience. You hold 10+ years of system development and operations experience. You are certified in an Agile methodology such as SAFe or Lean. You also have 5+ years of experience in requirement analysis including non-functional requirements and regulatory compliance.
You are a strong, driven individual contributor, ready to take ownership of the deliverables. You are also comfortable coordinating and leading work through cross-functional virtual teams. You have experience communicating requirements to external software vendors as well as in-house DevSecOps teams. You also have a thorough understanding of the processes involved in the telecom customer journey, especially Awareness to Termination and Trouble to Resolve.
Equipped with an analytical mindset and good cooperation skills you have a track record from a start-up/scale-up environment. Professional level fluency in English and Swedish.
