Taking on this position as a System Support Specialist you will be an integral part of the business Robotics Customer Service Parts & Logistics ensuring system availability and reliability to ensure daily operation, meet the organizations goals and customer's need. This role is reporting to the Manager Global Business Architecture and the ideal candidate is located in Poland or Sweden.
Your responsibilities
- Provide system support to CS P&L business.
- Hold weekly meetings to co-ordinate on-going tasks.
- Error reporting and follow-up.
- Create Business Requirements.
- Overseeing development requirements.
- Testing of bug fixes and new functionalities.
- Setup and maintenance of internal customers in system.
- Update and maintenance of order management data.
- Provide training, create, maintain guidelines and documentation.
- Participate in projects, work with requirements and development specification.
- Super User support for other systems and applications.
- Close collaboration with business and development teams.
- Regular information and communication to business and stakeholders.
Your background
- Technical degree within IS or work experience within similar fields.
- Experience with ABB sales/order systems is meritorious.
- Good ERP knowledge and IS/IT experience in global companies.
- Team player, customer focus, drive, result-oriented and being able to see the whole picture.
- Flexible and ability to prioritize between tasks.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
