We are now looking for an Allocation Manager Sack & Kraft, Supply Chain for Billerud!
You will be part of our committed Planning team and report to Manager Allocation and Production planning. The position is a permanent employment and placement can be either in Karlsborg or Skärblacka.
As an Allocation Manager you will monitor, coordinate and balance the demand and supply forecast in respect to production, inventory and market conditions within 0-3 months. This is a specialist role where you will be operationally responsible for allocation where you will work closely with our sales department to optimize volumes, profit and product maximization. Proactively present scenarios for sales- and production deviations and identify the best solution on how to solve them. You will create and be responsible for an allocation plan which meets on-time-in-full expectations for our customers.
Your main tasks will be:
- Managing allocation volumes from 0-3 months within Sack & Kraft
- Balancing and monitoring stock levels
- Day to day coordination between sales and production to balance supply and demand
- Challenging the status quo and continuously optimize current ways of working
- Transforming data and analysis into a communicative story
- Moderating and leading cross-functional forums for mix-optimization and decision-making.
- Guarding and supporting the organization to achieve our KPIs within Billerud

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:
- University degree in: Industrial Management and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in demand, supply and inventory planning.
- Strong ability to structure, analyze and identify challenges
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge in Power BI is meritorious
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
