We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to take on the role RTE at one of our customers.
The role RTE (Release Train Engineer) is a servant leader, coaching & facilitating team's adoption of agile principles & practices for continuous improvement who will plan, lead and coordinate the Sub-streams events connected Product Increment (PI) cadence, support with training within the Sub stream (agile methods), drive the implementation of the aligned way of working, coaching leaders and teams, in the processes and mindsets. You will also communicate with stakeholders, escalate or remove impediments, help manage risk and drive improvement.
Responsibilities
Delegated responsibility from a Sub- Stream owner (line management) to:
Plan, visualize, lead and facilitate the Sub-stream events and process Lead the work (Sub-stream ceremonies) Product Increment (PI) planning events and demos, including pre-PI planning, ongoing PI planning, post-PI planning
For ongoing Product Increment (PI), continuously report progress status on the complete Sub-stream delivery.
Support and communicate across organizational boundaries, in order to safeguard the complete Sub-stream delivery.
Help manage risks and dependencies Escalate and track impediments
Drive the Way of Working and continuous improvements, be the representative in the RTE community of practices (CoP) and way of working forums forums outside VMM (Vehicle Motion Management) sub-stream.
Monitor the execution of team backlog features Manage and optimize the value flow through the ART (Agile Release Train) by using various tools, such as Kanban board, PowerBI Enable predictibility of value flow
Coach leaders, teams, and scrum masters in lean agile practices and mindset Lead Scrum of Scrum for the ART's scrum masters community
Ensure that the outcome of the PI planning is aligned with the PI Objectives.
Keep track of sw releases from teams and ART level.
