We are currently looking for an Advanced User Team Leader to join our System Administration Team within the Distribution Center in Eskilstuna. As an Advanced User Team Leader you ensure stable day to day operations and system processes within DC. You will also support and drive continuous improvements in line with local regulations, set targets and system standards.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and organize an AU team
  • Support the day to day operational processeses
  • Follow up performance of Advance Users and securing best practise is followed
  • Supporting the identification of improvement potential
  • Ensuring an appropriate contribution of AU to operational needs
  • Identify risks and issues in AU area and report to System Administration Manager to support resolving identified risks, issues, and follow-up
  • Support solving operational issues - implement first fixes (incl. communication with local SYS team) and escalate, where needed, to stakeholders in the event of system incident
  • Stay connected with production to ensure that the right priorities are secured
  • Cross collaboration with Team Leaders, system specialists and support functions.
  • Set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your team

Kvalifikationer
Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest and knowledge in WMS/WCS systems connected to operational processes. You lead by example, always keeping our H&M values in mind.
What you need to succeed:
  • Understanding of warehouse operations processes and cost drivers
  • Deep knowledge of WMS systems and system updates, technology related development needs, priorities, and projects/ roll-outs in warehouse
  • Great communication and coordination skills.
  • Great English & Swedish skills in writing and speaking
  • Solid managerial skills and previous experience of leading a team, preferably with knowledge of Warehouse Managements Systems
  • Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
  • Agile mindset with positive attitude to change & meaningful growth
  • Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others
  • Inclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity
  • Self awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group

Ytterligare information
This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. The location is based in Eskilstuna and is part of the Logistic Region Europe. As Advanced User Team Leader, you report directly to System Administration Manager. Start date June 2024 or by agreement.
Our Retail Distribution Center in Eskilstuna is on an exciting expansion journey! The DC today consists of approximately 450 ambitious, committed and motivated H&M colleagues who share our values and take responsibility for the logistics operations and distribution of fashion items for our retail customers across Sweden, Norway and Iceland.
We are currently in the middle of an extensive expansion. During 2025, our operations will also include stores in Finland and Denmark.
