Scania CV AB
Organisation
You will work in the R&D branch "Service Vehicle Information" which is part of the newly established Industrial Operations Asia. We are currently building up capabilities both in Södertälje and China. The Vehicle Service Information department is responsible for developing the support needed and, in collaboration with the development departments, for making our products more service-friendly.
Your Assignment
As a Spare Part Catalogue Editor, you will create and maintain a Spare Part Catalogue containing Spare Parts, illustrations and more. You will verify and sustain information quality and continuously work with improvements. This also means planning and prioritising your work and flagging potential risks and deviations.
You will be an advocate for high quality and act as a quality gate for deliveries. This also means taking an active responsibility in delivering processes and workflows to secure the quality of the Spare Part Catalogue. You will contribute in the development of a new service organisation for China plus be a mentor and a coordinator.
As the main R&D organisation will be located in China the position requires shorter and/or longer trips to China.
Your Profile
You are an analytic person who is structured and prefers good teamwork. Domain knowledge of Scania's way of working and previous vehicle knowledge and knowledge of CATIA is an advantage. Since the assignment requires day-to-day contact with colleagues in China it´s preferable if you have previous experience working across borders.
You have a good sense of structure and an interest in producing easy understandable material. You can work both independently and in groups where your good communication skills facilitate your cross-functional work. You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are results-oriented, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid of trying new ways of thinking and complex challenges and are flexible in the way you work, as well as in the day-to-day tasks.
