Your role
In this key position, you will drive and ensure excellent delivery of our SaaS-product to our customers. As a Senior Product Owner, you play an important part of our Product Management team and work together with Product Managers and Product Designers. You will work closely with our scrum teams with frontend and backend developers and lead the day-to-day execution of the roadmap. This work includes backlog prioritization, sprint and test planning, and general feature development and refinement together with the engineering teams. You are comfortable with taking decisions and ensuring we build and prioritize to deliver as much customer value as possible.
Background
You have a strong understanding and knowledge of software development processes. While skills matter, your personality is what sets you apart. Your communication skills, both in writing and speech, are excellent, which often shows in how you lead meetings and identify the next steps forward. You are operationally inclined, decisive, and hands-on. You thrive in fast-paced environments and prefer working in a less rigid, more freedom-oriented manner. You demonstrate independence, efficiency, and the skill to set up and fine-tune processes. You're also great at breaking down complex ideas into simple terms, showcasing strong pedagogical abilities that help others learn and grow.
In addition to these qualities, we're seeking candidates with:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with SaaS solutions.
- Previous exposure to start-up or scale-up environments, preferably in small to mid-sized companies.
- Experience in Project Management and/or as a Scrum Master in agile development processes.
Having a technical background and familiarity with programming, Search-based solutions like Elastic, Geospatial systems, authentication or license management systems, and integrating with CRM or other business systems would be highly beneficial. It is also a plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
For this position, it is required that you have permanent residency in Sweden.
