• In charge of daily operations and ensuring Caliroots brand is reflected in offerings and communication• Handle and optimize inventory levels for optimal sales• Lead a team and understand the importance of building a brand
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience• Ability to handle and negotiate with different suppliers• Strong understanding of economics and retail procurement, preferably within streetwear• Competence in Excel/Google Sheets for analytical purposes• Experience in strategic purchasing or purchasing management• Burning interest in streetwear and experience in managing relationships and negotiating agreements• Strong ability in price management and negotiating competitive prices
