Our mission is to improve quality of life and well-being. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Product Specialist.
What is exciting about this role:
As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for increasing FitForMe's market share in the Nordic market. You do this by maintaining and strengthening strategic accounts. In addition, you continue to build new accounts by making customer visits, where you maintain and build relationships with Healthcare Professionals within bariatrics. You represent our products and are a true ambassador for our brand - FitForMe. As a Product Specialist, you have a very varied job with a lot of freedom and flexibility within a fast-growing, international organization where you work within the Nordic team.

You will visit the healthcare professionals (surgeons, doctors, dietitians, nurse specialists, etc.) involved in bariatric surgery in the Nordics to make them understand how the FitForMe products can help their patients live a healthy life after surgery.
You are responsible for your budgets and achieving the set targets and have a strong drive to achieve results.
You are a real connector and get energy from building and maintaining relationships with others you can convince well.
You enjoy working independently and can plan your work yourself.
You have a lot of freedom and autonomy in this job, working hours are flexible. This also means that in this role you will be on the road in the Nordics approximately 75% of the time. You sometimes work in the evenings or on weekends, and you visit international conferences sometimes.
Job requirements
Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant sales work experience. A plus if you have nutrition knowledge, experience from the pharmaceutical industry, or similar.
Character Traits: You are honest, open, and transparent; Ethical conduct is your priority.
Autonomous: Enjoys working independently and on a project basis.
Coordination: Can coordinate matters well, also across national borders, and has a hands-on mentality.
Representative: Ensures a representative representation of our brand and company both within and outside the organization and always and everywhere fulfills an exemplary role.
Skills: Has excellent commercial, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Language: You speak fluent Swedish and good English. Norwegian and Danish are meritorious.
