Responsibilities
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals• Lead and oversee clinical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance• Manage post-market surveillance activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements• Contribute to the development of clinical and regulatory strategies• Analyze clinical data and communicate findings to stakeholders• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Provide professional training and education to scientific advisory employees• Participate in national and international congresses• Cooperate with international partners
Requirements
• University degree in medicine or natural sciences (MD or PhD preferred)• Experience in Vascular medical devices or advanced wound care• At least 2 years of experience in a medical-scientific function• Knowledge of legal requirements for pharmaceutical and medical device marketing• Experience in clinical program management and protocol development• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret clinical data• Detail-oriented and organized• Familiarity with post-market surveillance and adverse event reporting• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams• Proficiency in English and German• Willingness to travel for business• Proactive and action-oriented mindset• Strong team player
