ABOUT THE ROLE
TAG HR Team consists of team members located in Sweden (Åhus and Stockholm) and Finland (Turku), supporting an international fast-paced organization of approx. 500 employees. Working with us means enjoying living up to high demands to make the business run safely and efficiently as well as contributing to making sure we equip our managers and employees with the right skills and knowledge for the future.
As HR Director for Operations, you will be a key stakeholder in TAG Operations leadership team as well as in the HR leadership team. Together with your team of HR professionals, you will be based in Åhus, and your primary responsibility is to provide first-class, proactive HR business partnering and support for Operations as well as our Absolut Brand Home. You will lead and develop a team of five direct reports whose responsibility is HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications. You also have three people with a dotted line to you who take care of Payroll and events coordination. Finally, you will report to the VP Human Resources.
The function you will support is of around 50 people managers and 320 employees, the majority located in Åhus/Nöbbelöv, for the distillation, production and packaging of Absolut Vodka, others are located in Stockholm, Finland, Spain, Scotland, USA and Canada bringing to life other exciting brands!
In your role you will:
Business Partnering - provide direct strategic partnership to Operations. Understand business and departmental goals to then provide the necessary people programs, initiatives, and action plan to achieve them. Provide guidance, consultation and mentoring regarding for instance performance review, talent review and succession planning, goal planning and development plans, organizational structure and associated processes and resources. Together with hiring managers you ensure we find the right talents for our business, welcome them onboard and help them develop.
Leadership - participate in both TAG Operations leadership and HR leadership team meeting to be able to develop and implement the HR agenda that supports and drives the overarching goals of our company. Provide HR leadership and organizational support to management to achieve operational goals. Develop and drive new initiatives to ensure we work proactively with employee health and well-being. Drive change and take initiatives to improve ways of working, develop a strong feedback culture and work proactively with employee health and well-being.
Employee Relations - provide guidance, support and training regarding strategies, HR policies and programs to build and improve employee relations. Partner with different stakeholders and work with HR related KPIs to ensure we offer a safe and healthy work environment. Proactively work with union relations, handle negotiations, and ensure compliance of labor laws and collective agreements.

- University Degree Human Resources Management or similar or equivalent working experience
- Experience as HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably from production in an international environment
- At least 3 years' experience as a people manager and being part of a leadership team
- Strong knowledge of and experience from working with Swedish labor law and collective agreements, preferably from the food industry
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in building and maintaining union relations
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
