Your role as Head of Marketing
As our Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals, driving growth, and enhancing our market presence. We are in search of a visionary leader who embodies innovation and has a knack for identifying and pursuing new marketing opportunities, in Sweden and on the international 🌍 market!
What you will be doing
🔸Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support international expansion.
🔸Lead the branding project, defining our brand identity and positioning in the global market.
🔸Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation.
🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales objectives.
🔸Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
🔸Drive measurable results, tracking key performance metrics and ROI to inform strategic decisions.
🔷 A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔷 At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
🔷 A record of implementing innovative marketing and branding strategies that drive growth, preferably on an international market.
🔷 Proven ability to identify challenges and swiftly formulate effective solutions.
🔷 Autonomy in taking initiatives and driving projects to completion.
🔷 Exceptional communication and leadership qualities with an emphasis on collaboration and team development.
🔷 A passion for marketing, with a constant desire to learn and innovate.
