We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our team. You will be placed in Stockholm, Solna, but be a part of the Global Product Management department in Arla with colleagues across different countries.
How you will make an impact
As Product Manager for one or more of our dairies, your overall responsibility will be to manage, develop and optimize our product assortment portfolio across strategic brands such as Arla® and Castello® as well as local Swedish brands across the business.
You will be the primary point of contact and partner in driving a diverse portfolio of activities, such as handling concept, and product and packaging requests from the marketing and sales organizations. Additionally, you will be leading or be involved in investment cases, sustainability projects, product moves or other relevant projects within the area.
You will have a key role in managing diverse agendas and be a knowledge resource ensuring smooth coordination and cooperation between the dairies, marketing/sales organizations and other supporting functions in Arla Foods - all to ensure the right product and solution are delivered at the right cost and time.
As Global Product Manager, you will play a key role in our global team and have a unique opportunity to be involved with product management in a truly global dairy company.
What will make you successful
We are looking for a profile with +5 year experience within product management and/or project management - ideally within FMCG supported by a Masters/Bachelors/Engineering degree. In addition to this,, you have a strong and proven commercial and/or supply chain understanding and experience supported by a strong toolbox and a solid analytical foundation to manage a diverse agenda, but also challenge status quo when needed.
You will be a success in the role if you thrive to take lead and handle multiple and diverse tasks at the same time. Furthermore you are curious, have a proactive mindset and a good sense for how to navigate and collaborate with many stakeholders across various functions. You show attention to detail, have a structured approach to your work and are motivated by being part of and contribute to a global team that delivers on a diverse agenda in Arla Foods. Lastly you have a "can-do" attitude to get things done.
Systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, 3DX/PLM, SAP, PowerBI) and processes are part of the role in order to handle marketing of products and brands. So, you ideally have experience and a natural interest in working with/improving the use of systems and processes as part of your daily work.
