As the Director Accounting and Tax, you will be leading the Accounting and Tax coordination for our legal entities as well as have the overall responsibility for the Swedish Holding companies. You will report to the CFO of Entrance Systems Division. You will be based in Landskrona/Malmö, Sweden.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems (AAES) is a global division with an annual turnover of SEK 50 billion, 140 subsidiaries that operationally are divided into four Business Segments and operations in 40 countries with approx. 16,000 employees. AAES is a rapidly growing organization through frequent acquisitions creating a dynamic and complex structure that needs constant managing.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities in this role are to be competence center for Accounting/IFRS and leading work with legal entity reporting in our group systems as well as balance sheet review process. You are the main contact for external audit and work in close collaboration divisional financial control team, local Finance Managers, Business Segment Finance as well as Internal audit.
You are working with training and support around tax and transfer pricing for our entities as well as driving improvements of legal and operational structure to reduce complexity in reporting and constantly improve reporting quality.
You will lead, coach, and communicate with a small team of direct reports and have the oversight of the two Swedish Holding entities. The role will be involved in various ad-hoc projects. Some business travel is also required.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role we believe you need to be an experienced finance professional with approx 5 years' experience from External Audit and preferably also from an international Group with both external and internal reporting. You have very good understanding of IFRS. You understand the advantages of clear structure and processes, as well as delegation and accountability, and you have the capability and ambition to drive this development within the organization.
Further we see you as a skilled leader who knows how important it is to communicate with and engage people at different levels in the organization to get where you want to be. We require you to have a University degree level in Finance and experience from complex environment with matrix organization. A high level of English, written and spoken, is required this being our corporate language.
