Role Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Aarke, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our brand in the digital space. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple areas within Digital Marketing, with a primary focus on performance marketing.
In this role, you will work closely with the external agency who are operationally responsible for managing the campaigns for our Digital Marketing channels. Moreover, you will work closely with Aarke's Online team, Brand team and Marketing team to develop and execute data-driven strategies that maximizes our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing: Collaborate with our external agency to develop and implement performance marketing strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing budget while driving targeted traffic to our e-commerce platform. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance, follow up on KPIs across Google and Meta's platforms, assure that we working actively with campaigns for all parts of the funnel, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.
- Marketplace Marketing: Manage our marketing on Amazon in a close collaboration with the external agency. You will develop strategies to enhance our presence, increase visibility, and drive sales on this platform.
- CRM and Loyalty: Take ownership of setting a comprehensive CRM and loyalty strategy that fosters customer retention and engagement. You will develop personalized campaigns, implement effective customer segmentation strategies, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Affiliate marketing: You will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of our affiliate marketing program. Your primary goal will be to drive online sales and generate revenue through strategic partnerships with affiliate partners.
In this role you will implement strategies and ways of working to enhance operational efficiency, such as streamlining processes and automating repetitive tasks. Moreover, your main focus will be on the European and North American markets. This requires conducting market research, understanding regional preferences, and tailoring marketing campaigns accordingly to maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years' experience of working with Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience and proven track record in performance marketing in an international e-commerce setting.
- Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of CRM strategies and how to implement successful loyalty programs.
- Experience of Amazon ads and affiliate marketing programs are meritorious.
- Project management skills to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and campaign results.
