I started Orea.ai after a series of successful ventures, from e-commerce to running a marketing agency. The Role:
We're looking for a CTO and Co-Founder. Not just anyone, though. We need someone ready to take our MVP and scale it up. You'll work closely with me to build V2 of our platform, making it better, faster, and more engaging.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and Scale: Take our platform to the next level, ensuring it can handle more users without breaking a sweat.
- Work with AI: You'll be tweaking and integrating AI models to make our conversations even more engaging. You will also be working on problems like how to handle long-term memory and minimise latency for live audio conversations.
- 10x Software Engineer: We're looking for someone who's a 10x software engineer with the leadership qualities to match. You'll need to possess the soft skills to lead a dynamic engineering team and the technical acumen to make critical decisions that will steer the company's future. This role is about vision and execution, turning innovative ideas into reality.
- You've got extensive experience building with AI and know your way around TypeScript.
- You're a problem-solver, comfortable with fast-paced work.
- You're ready to take on the challenge of growing a startup.
- Straightforward, honest, and you've got a ton of ideas.
- You get motivated by building beautiful software products that users love.
