We are seeking a talented and experienced Cinematographer/Photographer to join our creative team and expand our photo/video crew. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in capturing captivating visuals and bringing our creative concepts to fruition through your expertise in cinematography and photography. We see a surge in demand for creating more engaging content and telling stories in a more compelling way.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with any of our lead art directors, and other creative team members to enhance storytelling.
- Capture high-quality images and footage using professional-grade cameras, lenses, and equipment.
- Utilize lighting, composition, and visual effects techniques to create visually compelling scenes and shots.
- Conduct pre-production planning, including location scouting, shot lists, and storyboarding, to ensure smooth execution on set.
- Direct and coordinate talent, crew members, and equipment during shoots to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Edit and post-process photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and meet project specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in cinematography and photography.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cinematographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both fields.
- Proficiency in operating professional-grade cameras, lenses, and related equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of cinematography and photography principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative vision and attention to detail, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new ideas.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
