Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the store, including receiving deliveries and restocking.• Interact with customers at the cash register and as a customer host in the store.• Lead and delegate tasks to the store team and oversee the planning, evaluation, and follow-up of operations.• Ensure responsible sales in line with Systembolaget's mission.• Develop the store and team members based on set goals.• Create a positive atmosphere and sense of community.• Handle economic monitoring and focus on achieving goals and results.• Support the growth and development of team members.• Recognize and utilize the strengths and potential of team members.• Build good relationships with others and have an open approach.
Requirements
